📦 Can I Track My Order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number (AWB) within 1–2 business days after placing your order.

Sometimes, we may ship a multi-item order in separate packages. This can happen when:

  • One or more items are on backorder

📬 What If My Order Gets Lost or Delayed?

We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be. All AFM Furniture orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.

  • Stuck in transit

  • Returned to sender

  • Lost in the mail

We will do our best to make it right. In such cases, we will reship your order with priority shipping (if possible), at no additional cost to you.
