📦 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


🛠 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required


💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
